30-Day Money Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Your satisfaction with your AKSPORT purchase is very important to us. If you find any damages/defects of our products, please first contact our service team for a resolution. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days after the date of purchase. Please note that we'll charge a 20% restocking fee on returns if the reason is not unsolvable defects/damages. Returned items must be in unused, unworn condition with no visible signs of wear and be returned with all originally included parts, accessories and packing. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are missing, this may reduce the amount of your refund.

We do not accept returns on used products, unless there's unsolvable defects/damages. If you are having an issue or are dissatisfied with a used product, please contact us at services@aksportairtrack.com and we will work towards a resolution with you.

Please be aware any unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us first before you ship the products back.

HOW TO CLAIM A RETURN REQUEST

 To initiate a return, please contact us at services@aksportairtrack.com within 30 days after the date of purchase with the following information:

1. Proof of purchase (Order number, invoice, etc.)
2. Photos/videos showing the products are in the original condition with all parts, accessories and packing included.
Our after-sales team service will follow up with your questions within 48 hours.

REFUND 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging with all accessories included. If the item meets these requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted if the return is not because of unsolvable defects/damages. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in its original condition or packaging.

Purchases Made Through Other Retailers

Please note that our return policy is only valid for the original buyer. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased through any unauthorized retailers. Return policy for purchases made through other authorized sellers may vary. Please directly contact your seller to submit a return request. As an honorable brand, we hold ourselves and our authorized sellers to the highest standards of customer service. We also inspect the after-sales service of our dealers and distributors to ensure that they meet our high standards.
